PhD Labs has no intention of collecting any personal data from individuals that we actually know are under 13 years of age. This Web site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and no part of this Web site is intentionally structured to attract anyone under age 13.
Cookies A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive that contains information about the user. When a customer fills out a form on-line, the contents of the form is saved in a cookie on their hard drive. The next time the customer needs the information, the information is automatically populated for them from the cookie. We do not use cookies to gather information from our users.
Governing Law The internal laws of the State of California, without reference to any choice of law provisions, shall govern any claims relating to the materials on or the Web site.
Severability If any term of this Agreement is declared unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by any court in any jurisdiction, then such term will be deemed severable from the remaining terms in such jurisdiction and will not affect the validity and enforceability of such remaining terms.
